DESIGN & LAYOUT

I choose to visit the Rosebery Café, I loved the white, brown, and grey tones and the use of natural wood throughout the space. Very welcoming and attention to detail.

STAFF

Their wonderfully friendly staff took great care of me and my photographer as we captured a bunch of lovely content. We did not feel a bother, we felt warmly welcomed which was much appreciated.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

If only I could have tasted one of everything, the food choices were amazing and catered to all eating habits from vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free. With help from the team, choosing my dish was not easy, yet I knew I chose well as I went with three sumptuous dishes.

  • AVOCADO ON BRIOCHE – Heirloom cherry tomatoes, vegi chips, white balsamic infused wolf berries, avocado mousse, poached eggs.
  • PRAWN SANDO – w/Slaw, char-siu Mayo, flying fish roe, seasonal pickles.
  • MINI FRENCH TOAST – Earl grey custard, mascarpone cream, condensed milk, honey lotus seed and rose peta.

Next time I have lined up the Haven Signature Daikon Cake, house made turnip cake w dried sausage, shrimp, shitake mushroom, kale n slaw, fried garlic xo hollandaise sauce, radish, pickle cucumber & poached egg – yum!

FINAL THOUGHTS

Thank you to Herman Chiu for organising my visit for the day, and special thanks to Kit Tran and the whole team. Such a wonderfully chilled atmosphere to enjoy for locals and visitors alike, an extensive and delicious food menu with very fresh produce and friendly faces to match. I would highly recommend it as a spot to meet friends and family for breakfast or lunch.
